Tucked round the corner from the Carmen Thyssen Museum, this tiny tapas bar is easy to miss but listen out for the sound of Holy Week music and you’ll find it. Decorated entirely with Holy Week photos, posters and memorabilia, prop yourself up at one of the barrels and sample the tapas (the croquettes and small filled rolls (montaditos) are highlights) to the strains of trumpets and drums.
