Sweden meets Malaga at this stylish spot run by Dylan and Devrim from Longyearbyen. The menu changes frequently, almost weekly, but always stars fresh local produce cooked Swedish style with a Malaga twist. So your Råraka (crispy potato cake) comes with Manchego cheese and local shrimps, for example. There’s an excellent-value lunch menu with 3 courses. Interiors are minimalist but elegant and inviting.
