Whether it’s tuna or razor clams, every variety from the sea takes centre stage and you can try the very best in two tasting menus. All the à la carte dishes can be shared, although you’ll want the sea urchin with crayfish tartare all to yourself. The presentation is exquisite in an intimate space with stone brick walls and signature carved wooden ceiling or you can dine outside. Excellent wine list.
