The city’s veteran Michelin-star holder, JCG forms part of the Costa del Sol’s star-studded list of culinary creators. In September 2026, José Carlos left his venue on Muelle Uno and moved back to the legendary Café de París in the heart of La Malagueta.
In 2026, Restaurante JCG renewed its Michelin star.
The chef himself greets you when you arrive and you can keep an eye on things in the kitchen through the glass walls. Chef José Carlos García combines nouvelle cuisine with local produce and traditional techniques.
