Chef Diego Gallegos, a Michelin star holder and champion of sustainable cuisine, offers a tasting menu with 7 dishes plus 7 aperitifs, mostly based around freshwater fish creations. The kitchen has a fishbowl concept so you can see what’s cooking and the dining room serves just 14 people with a few more outside.
