Salles Hotel Malaga Centro

This is one of the few hotels in La Trinidad district to the west of Malaga city centre. Salles Hotel Malaga Centro makes a good choice if you’re looking for a slightly cheaper option than city-centre hotels and you don’t mind being a short walk from all the action.

Highlights at this hotel include its great roof terrace and guests praise the breakfast buffet and dinner menu.

Location

Salles Hotel Malaga Centro sits on the west side of the river, next to the Puente de la Aurora bridge. The city centre and old quarter are around 10 minutes’ walk away – the bridge connects directly with Calle Carreteria, slightly to the north of the old quarter.

Allow around 15 minutes to reach Calle Larios and Plaza de la Constitución, and a little longer to get to attractions such as the Picasso Museum and Cathedral. If you want to go to the beach, La Malagueta is about 2km away (a 30-minute walk).

The local area has several bars and restaurants nearby and you’re within easy reach of other eating options across the river.

Rooms

Salles Hotel Malaga Centro has several room options. Some guest reviews note that double rooms can be small, so we’d recommend going for the Double Deluxe, which gives you an extra 2 square metres of space. Some rooms have a terrace.

Decor is casual modern, with blue and green details. Most bathrooms have walk-in showers.

If there are more than two of you in your party, triple and family (sleeping 4) rooms are available.
